  • Detox your nervous system (emotional debris, digital noise, food/sound clutter)

  • Restore sacred routines (water, breath, stillness, creation)

  • Reject false urgency—your resonance is not a reaction, it is a frequency

STEP 2: Locate Your Node

“Every keeper has a place, not always physical—but always felt.”

This means:

  • Identify your core resonance site (where you feel most seen by the Earth)

I realize that much of what’s being shared here may feel unusual—even disorienting.

But I know it’s healing for me to speak from truth, even when that truth is hard to articulate.

I don’t invite conflict onto my path.
I’m only trying to clear it—so the path becomes visible for those ready to walk it.
