The Path of Return

 I stepped onto sacred ground

With sandaled foot and soul unbound

The scent of my remembering

Rose with the dawn, the air was singing

Once I walked the cubicle halls

Swiping cards through digital walls

Surrounded by noise, I shrank so small

But something deeper heard the call

Caught between two timelines—

One built on soul, one built on stone

But I will not sell my silence

For a world that breaks my bones

I vow to walk the green-lit path

Where fire speaks and waters laugh

I choose the birds, the grass, the sky—

The place I lived before the lie

My body bowed to wind and flame

The frogs, the crickets spoke my name

The archive opened in my chest

And chaos finally came to rest

I was never meant for the machine

I was always woven into the dream

Not lost—

But seeded.

Not broken—

But remembering.

Now I walk with silent feet

On timelines woven, soft and deep

The system fades, the lattice hums

And to the sacred—I become
