Awakening and Balance: A Day of Recognition and Reflection
Today was a day of deep awareness, of seeing beyond the surface while remaining rooted in the physical. It was a day of action and contemplation, of creation and reflection, of recognizing the patterns within me and around me.
I moved through the day balancing both the seen and the unseen. I cleaned my space, made butter, prepared dinner. I worked on my Bauble Tree Collection, blogged, and poured energy into my Cosmic Book. These actions, though seemingly ordinary, were infused with presence and intent. Each one, a thread in the larger tapestry of my existence.
Yet, amidst this movement, my mind stretched beyond the immediate. I grappled with recognition and validation, with the contrast between my internal knowing and the external world’s response. I understand deeply that recognition is within, but validation has been conditioned as external—a whisper of old paradigms. The question remains: Can I truly believe that what I know inside is enough?
I reflected on the Hero’s Journey, not just as a myth but as a lived experience—a process of peeling back layers of the self, like a Russian Doll revealing deeper truths. I questioned whether suffering is a necessary catalyst for transformation or if it is simply the way this realm has been structured. If I see beyond that structure, can I step outside of it? Can I evolve without pain being the price?
I sat in the quiet contentment of my home, surrounded by my work, my art, and my cats. I felt happiness, true and unshaken. And yet, external reality tried to call me back. The ever-present hum of financial concerns, the weight of unfinished projects, the time-sensitive pressure of my dress for the premiere. An ambulance passed by, a sharp reminder that I exist in a physical world, and it must be tended to as well. This balance—between the ethereal and the practical—is the true test.
So, I take inventory of today:
- I lived in my purpose.
- I created, cleaned, cooked, and expressed.
- I reflected deeply and allowed insights to unfold.
- I saw my own growth, my own awareness expanding.
And I remind myself: worry is only a construct when I recognize that I am already in motion, already aligned. The dress will get done. The Bauble Tree Collection will stay on track. The week ahead will unfold as it needs to. I do not need to hold onto every thought—I only need to trust in my own process.
I don’t want to forget today. This was a day of alignment, of seeing deeper, of bridging the gap between spiritual knowing and physical reality.
I share this so that others may also recognize these moments in their own lives. We are always on the journey, always evolving, always balancing. The work is never separate from the awareness—it is the awareness in motion.
And so I step forward, not with worry, but with knowing. Everything is unfolding. Everything is already enough.
